The Arab Chinese Cooperation and Development Association ACCDA considers the visit of US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to the Chinese region of Taiwan as a serious violation of the one-China principle and a dangerous risk to peace and stability throughout Asia and the world.
The policy of hegemony and continuous denounced attempts to contain China and put obstacles in the way of its development and peaceful rise will only reap failure in the face of the determination of the Chinese leadership and people to defend the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and achieve the country’s reunification and the renaissance of the Chinese nation.
We at the Arab Chinese Cooperation and Development Association and from our position of firm friendship with the Chinese people, and in line with our goals to work for sustainable comprehensive development in partnership with friendly China, condemn any actions and steps against China and against the real interests of the Chinese people, including the interests of the residents of Chinese Taiwan.
It has become clear who is seeking to ignite the fire and strike at China’s determined efforts to maintain world peace, through the increasing provocations in the South China Sea, up to Nancy Pelosi’s visit to the Taiwan region, which is outside diplomatic principles and respect for the sovereignty of countries on their lands, and this confirms the fact of their disrespect for international peace and security.
As our association considers that there is only one China in the world, the People’s Republic of China, we have every confidence that the Chinese government and the Chinese people, led by the Communist Party of China and President Xi Jinping, have the determination and strong ability to safeguard the interests of the Chinese people, and thus they also defend the interests of the peoples of the world. All in their eagerness to achieve their development and secure a better future for mankind.
